Rummij allows in-store and online sales of the same stock at the same time, without the need for a complicated IT system.

Availability confirmation

• In-store items are tagged to allow shop staff to confirm availability of all shop items in an online order before payment is processed.
• Customers are then notified of anything unavailable before agreeing to complete their order
• This means that shops can continue as normal in-store with existing till systems, responding to availability notifications as online orders come in
